Are the colours correctly displayed as shown on the Homepage of loungepillow.com?
Every screen has a different configuration. It is therefore possible that the colours as represented on your screen do not correspond 100% with the actual colours of the pillows.

Where can I have a look at the Lounge Pillow and test it?
A shop list will be provided soon.

Which colours are available for the Lounge Pillow?
Lounge Pillows are available in nine different colours: red, navy-blue, lime, brown, baby-blue, orange, beige, pink and black. For alternative colours we need minimum orders of 100 exemplars.

What materials is the Lounge Pillow made of?
The outer pillow is made of double Oxford-Nylon, the inner pillow is made of Nylon.

Which material is used for the filling of the Lounge Pillow?
The pillow is made with approximately 330 litres of Styrofoam pearls. No usage of waste materials. It can be filled with additional materials at any time through the double hook and loop fastener. Additional material can be purchased for example at a hardware store.

Can I leave the Lounge Pillow outside permanently?
The Lounge Pillow is ideal for inside and outside. Because of the PVC coating of the outer layer, no water can intrude into the pillow. If the pillow has been lying in the rain it should be placed in a dry spot to allow for air to circulate on the surface to dry up the surface. It should not lie on a wet surface for longer periods of time without any circulation of air around the surface.

Does the colour of the Lounge Pillow change from exposure to the sun?
The Lounge Pillow is UV tested and non-fading.

How can I maintain my Lounge Pillow?
Because of the robust surface of the Lounge Pillow spots can be treated locally, for example with a sponge or wet cloth. Tip: «Gallenseife» works very effectively. If the Lounge Pillow has become dirty you can also remove the outer pillow and wash it at 30 degrees with the washing machine without spin cycle.

Which additional costs occur if I place an order for a Lounge Pillow?
Within the EU we charge 13 Euro delivery costs per item. This includes all costs including tax.

Which ways of payment are available?
We accept credit cards or cash in advance. Payment upon delivery is not possible because of the high costs.

How are Lounge Pillows delivered?
The Lounge Pillow is delivered in a carton (119x59x59cm) through DHL/Deutsche Post directly to your home. Usually delivery takes place within 10 working days. All packages have a tracking code so that you can locate your package at all times.

To which countries does www.loungepillow.com deliver?
We deliver to all EU countries. Should you live outside of the EU, to request whether delivery is possible, please contact us by mail or phone. We would like to advise you whether delivery is possible.

Can the Lounge Pillow be delivered to a different address than my own (as a present or surprise)?
You can provide a different delivery address than your home address when paying by credit card or cash in advance.

Can you deliver the Lounge Pillow at a certain date and time?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a certain date or time of delivery. We do not have any influence on DHL/Deutsche Post. We send you an email once we have sent off your package. If you are not a home at the time of delivery, you will receive a card you can take to the next post office to pick up your package within the following seven days. Alternatively, you can arrange re-delivery at a later date by calling the phone number listed on the card.

How can I track my Lounge Pillow?
As soon as your Lounge Pillow leaves our house you will receive an email from us with the tracking ID of your package. With that code you can check the status of your delivery on the DHL/Deutsche Post homepage.

What can I do, if I do not like the Lounge Pillow once it has been delivered?
If you do not like the Lounge Pillow, you can send it back in the original carton without having to provide any reasons. Please contact us by phone or email before sending back the package. Please do not send any items back before contacting us in advance to prevent any unnecessary costs.

We accept unstamped packages. Additional mailing costs occurring from that will be deducted from the refundable purchase price.

How can I become a Lounge Pillow trader?
The sales concept is simple: Order a starter package (rollup display with all product information, sample pack with all nine colours in mini format and one Lounge Pillow (140cm x 180cm). With that material, customers can try out the pillow and choose colours on the basis of the samples. Upon sale the seller needs to provide us with the customer's address where we will send the Lounge Pillow by DHL. Therefore, the seller does not have any storage costs or financial risk.
