The Sales Agreement
Before sending off your purchase order by internet you will have the opportunity to check whether all of the information provided by you is correct and if not you will be able to change the information. As soon as you have gone through the w order process providing the requested information and at the last step «last check» have pressed the button «send purchase order», you have submitted a binding offer to the company Lounge Pillow GmbH. Lounge Pillow GmbH accepts this offer by sending off the goods.

Right to return goods
Only consumers have the following right to return goods: You can give back all items purchased at within 14 days since receipt without having to provide reasons.
Please send the goods back to us with an unstamped package. The goods need to be sent back complete and securely packaged for transport (for example in the original carton). A decrease in value (for example through usage) has to be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refundable purchase price. We accept unstamped packages, the difference between our usual mailing costs and additional costs have to be borne by the customer and will be deducted from any refundable purchase price. Delivery provisions
Area of delivery: Delivery can take place within the European Union. Delivery time: Delivery usually takes five working days. Irregular delivery times are listed on the product site. If ordered products cannot be delivered within the announced delivery time, we will contact you immediately. In those cases you can either cancel your order and we will refund any payments made already or you can await delivery.

Delivery costs
For deliveries to Germany and within the EU prices listed on the website include the required sales tax. With w you pay a lump sum of EUR 13 for delivery per item regardless of the purchase order. This covers only parts of the costs for packaging and delivery. The remaining costs are borne by loungepillow gmbh. Delivery will be carried out by DHL/Deutsche Post. Delivery always takes place as quickly as possible.

Retention of property
Until full payment all items remain the property of loungepillow gmbh.

Payment, payment date, delayed payment
Delivery will take place either upon pre-payment or after payment by credit card. loungepillow gmbh retains the right to refuse certain methods of payment. We cannot accept cash mailings or cheques. We exclude liability for loss of goods. In case of payment by credit card it will be charged after sending off the goods. In case of goods that are sent back the bill can be reduced. In case payment is delayed we retain the right to charge remainder fees.
